What is FESTICON?
FESTICON is a trade fair for the festival industry. Over two days, festivals, suppliers, and stakeholders come together in a festival setting featuring camps, talks, showcases, and networking—just before the next season kicks off.
When and where is FESTICON being held?
FESTICON will take place on October 21–22, 2026, at Bella Center Copenhagen.
Who is FESTICON for?
FESTICON is for:
• festivals and event organizers
• suppliers and partners for festivals and events
• industry organizations, networks, and enthusiasts
If you work with or for festivals, FESTICON is relevant to you.
Is FESTICON a traditional trade show?
No. FESTICON is designed as a festival for the festival industry.
Here, there are camps instead of traditional booths, and conversations and networking are just as important as business.
Do festivals really give out free tickets?
Yes. Festivals are FESTICON’s guests of honor and receive free tickets—as many as you need.
In return, we hope that the festivals will get involved, schedule meetings, and share their knowledge and experience.
How do you participate as a supplier?
Vendors can purchase their own booth and showcase their products and services.

Can you book meetings in advance?
Yes. There will be an option to book meetings, so that festivals and suppliers can schedule meetings before the trade show and make the most of their time.
Are there talks, lectures, and showcases?
Yes. FESTICON will feature talks, inspiration, and showcases from the industry.
The program is being developed on an ongoing basis—and we welcome festivals and industry professionals to submit proposals.
Who is behind FESTICON?
FESTICON was founded and is run by Maja Lundt, who has many years of experience in the festival industry—including major projects at the Roskilde Festival.
Why haven't the program and exhibitors been announced yet?
FESTICON is being developed in collaboration with the industry.
We prioritize dialogue and involvement over deciding everything in advance.
